WanzieSend, operated byTime Booster Marketing ("WanzieSend", "We", "Us", "Our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our WhatsApp marketing platform and related services ("Service").
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of WanzieSend, including individual business customers and vendor partners who resell our services. As a white-label platform, we work with vendor partners who provide WanzieSend services to their own clients under their brand name.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account with WanzieSend, we collect:

- Company name and business phone number
- Business address and your chosen username and password
For vendor partners, we additionally collect:
- Business registration details and tax identification numbers
- Banking information for payments
- Intended service offerings and estimated monthly volume
For WhatsApp Business integration:
- WhatsApp Business Account credentials
- Business verification documents submitted to Meta
- Phone numbers associated with your WhatsApp Business Account
- WhatsApp Business profile information including business description and category
Your content and communications include: All message templates you create, customer contact lists and databases you upload, campaign data and analytics, marketing materials and media files, support tickets and communications with our team, and feedback and survey responses.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect usage data including your login times and session duration, features used within the platform, campaign creation and performance metrics, message sending patterns and volumes, and error logs and system interactions.
Technical data includes your IP address and general location information, device type, operating system, and browser information, cookies and similar tracking technologies, API request logs and response times, and system performance metrics.
WhatsApp integration data includes message delivery status and read receipts, webhook data received from WhatsApp Cloud API, template approval and rejection notifications, contact status updates from WhatsApp, and billing information from Meta for API usage.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
Through the WhatsApp Cloud API, we receive message delivery confirmations and failure notifications, contact availability and status updates, business account verification status from Meta, API usage statistics for billing purposes, and compliance notifications from WhatsApp.
From payment processors, we receive transaction confirmations and payment status, billing and invoice processing information, fraud prevention data and risk assessments, and chargeback and dispute information.
For vendor partners, we may receive business verification information from credit agencies, integration data from CRM and marketing platforms you connect, and client feedback and satisfaction surveys.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1 Primary Business Purposes
We use your information to operate and maintain the WanzieSend platform, process and deliver WhatsApp messages through the official API, manage your account subscription and billing, provide customer support and technical assistance, and facilitate the vendor partner program.
For communication services, we enable connectivity with WhatsApp Cloud API, process and approve message templates, manage contact databases and segmentation, generate analytics and performance reports, and provide real-time campaign monitoring.
3.2 Business Operations and Vendor Management
We use your information for user authentication and fraud prevention, payment processing and subscription management, enforcing our Terms of Service and policies, maintaining platform security and preventing abuse, and managing our vendor partner relationships.
For vendor partners specifically, we use your information to verify business credentials and compliance, process revenue sharing and payments, provide vendor-specific training and support, monitor client satisfaction and platform usage, and facilitate white-label customization options.
3.3 Platform Improvement and Analytics
We analyze platform usage patterns to improve features and user experience, develop new services and capabilities based on user needs, conduct research and analytics on messaging effectiveness, test and optimize platform performance and reliability, and create aggregated reports for business planning.
3.4 Legal and Compliance Requirements
We use your information to comply with applicable laws including data protection regulations, respond to legal requests and court orders, enforce our contractual rights and obligations, investigate and prevent fraud or security threats, and maintain records for tax and accounting purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 WhatsApp and Meta Integration
As a WhatsApp Cloud API partner, we share message content and metadata with Meta/WhatsApp as required for message delivery, business verification information for account setup and compliance, API usage statistics for billing and rate limiting purposes, and compliance reports as required by WhatsApp Business policies.
All message content shared with WhatsApp is subject to their end-to-end encryption and is only processed for delivery purposes. We do not store message content longer than necessary for successful delivery and error handling.
4.2 Vendor Partner Data Sharing
For our white-label vendor program, we share relevant client account information with assigned vendor partners, usage and performance data for client management purposes, billing and API usage information for cost allocation, and training materials and platform updates.
Vendor partners act as data processors for their clients' information and must comply with our data processing agreements and applicable privacy laws. Vendors are responsible for maintaining their own privacy policies with their clients.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

- Account information and business data: Retained while your account is active and for 7 years after termination for legal and tax compliance
- Message content: Automatically deleted within 30 days after successful delivery or failed delivery attempts
- Campaign and analytics data: Retained for 3 years for performance analysis and reporting
- Support communications: Kept for 2 years after issue resolution
- Financial and billing records: Maintained for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes
6.2 Data Deletion Procedures
We employ automated deletion systems based on retention schedules, secure data destruction methods that meet industry standards, complete removal verification across all systems and backups, and compliance with legal hold requirements when applicable.
Users can request data deletion through their account settings or by contacting our privacy team. Vendor partners can request deletion of their business information upon contract termination, subject to legal retention requirements.

7.1 Access and Portability Rights
You can request access to all personal information we have collected about you, receive a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format, review how your information is being processed and shared, and obtain information about data retention periods and deletion schedules.

WhatsApp Cloud API operates through Meta's global infrastructure, which may process and store data in multiple countries. All data processing through WhatsApp API is subject to Meta's international data transfer safeguards, privacy policies, and compliance programs.
9. Vendor-Specific Privacy Practices
9.1 White-Label Data Processing
As vendor partners provide services under their own brand, they act as independent data controllers for their client relationships while serving as data processors for platform functionality. Vendors must maintain their own privacy policies with their clients, obtain necessary consents for data processing activities, implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, and comply with applicable data protection laws in their jurisdictions.
9.2 Vendor Client Data Responsibilities
Vendor partners are responsible for ensuring their clients understand how data is processed through the WanzieSend platform, obtaining proper consent for WhatsApp messaging activities, maintaining accurate contact consent records, providing clear opt-out mechanisms in all client communications, and handling client privacy requests and complaints as the primary point of contact.
9.3 Vendor Compliance Monitoring
We monitor vendor compliance with privacy requirements through regular audits and assessments, client satisfaction surveys and feedback collection, platform usage monitoring and anomaly detection, and mandatory privacy training and certification programs for all vendor partners.
